Product introduction:

1. The specially designed indenter extends horizontally, which can measure parts such as rings and tubes that cannot be measured by ordinary Hardness Testers. The minimum Test inner diameter is 25mm.

2. It adopts electronic electric loading, high-precision sensors, and has a unique closed-loop control system.

3. Touch screen interface, easy to operate, directly select the hardness scale, and the force value automatically changes in the test parameters.

4. According to the standard hardness block, each hardness scale is automatically corrected in three sections: high, medium and low.

5. The test force can be automatically corrected by the standard dynamometer.

6. The main test force is automatically applied.

7. The data processing function is powerful, including: HR, HB, HV and other hardness system conversion, setting the qualified range, automatic alarm for over-limit, and can enter the Tester, sample name and other information.

8. More sample and test information, the measurement data is saved in EXCEL format on the USB flash drive for easy editing and processing.
