Product introduction:

Rockwell Hardness Test method, can use diamond indenter and steel ball indenter, can measure harder and softer samples, widely used to determine the Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, non-metallic materials.

It is mainly used to measure Rockwell hardness of heat treated materials such as quenching and tempering. Such as carbide, carburized steel, hardened steel, surface hardened steel, hard cast steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, malleable casting, mild steel, tempered steel, annealed steel, bearings and other materials.

 

Features

Loading mechanism: adopts full closed-loop control sensor loading technology, without any load impact error, monitoring frequency 100HZ, and high internal control accuracy throughout the process; the loading system is directly connected to the load sensor, without any intermediate structure, the load sensor directly measures and monitors the load on the pressure head and adjusts it, coaxial loading technology, no lever structure, and is not affected by friction and other factors; the screw lifting loading system of the non-traditional closed-loop control system is executed by double linear frictionless bearings to execute the probe stroke, and there is almost no need to consider the aging and errors caused by any screw system.

Electrical control mechanism: composed of high-end electrical control box, well-known brand electrical components, servo control system, etc.

Safety protection device: All strokes use limit switches, force protection, induction protection, etc. to ensure the operation of the equipment in a safe range; except for the necessary exposed components, the rest use a cover structure.

Control system: STM32F407 series microcontroller, fast running speed, high sampling frequency.

Display: 8-inch high-definition touch screen display, ergonomic design, beautiful and practical.

Operation: Equipped with high-precision Hall sensor, the Test space can be adjusted quickly.

Lighting system: Embedded lighting LED lighting system, high efficiency, energy saving and space saving. Test bench: Equipped with a large test platform, suitable for Testing large workpieces.
