The HST-HYB-187.5 magnetic Brinell Hardness Tester uses magnetic suction cups to fix the Brinell Hardness Tester on the surface of steel parts, and completes the Hardness Test according to the Brinell Test principle. The test method conforms to the standard GB/T 231.2. Wide application range, easy operation, good economy and practicability.   

Features:

1. It can be used for too large or too heavy steel parts that cannot be tested by desktop hardness Tester. Can test steel plates, steel pipes, molds and other heat-treated parts with suitable test surfaces. It can test the weld hardness of boilers, pressure vessels and pressure pipelines. Can replace the precision and reliability is not high Leeb Hardness Tester.

2. With the Brinell indentation automatic measurement system, the workpiece can be quickly and accurately tested in the production site.

3. The dial of this machine has a large test distance, which reduces the error of human operation; the test table is on the left side of the machine, which is convenient for observation, and the hardness value is clearly displayed. This machine adopts single handle and magnetic switch, which is simple to operate and convenient to fix.The contact surface between the pressure head and the workpiece can be observed from multiple angles.
