This digital automatic turret Micro Hardness Tester is a new generation of multi-function touch screen micro Hardness Tester newly developed by our company. The Hardness Tester has novel shape, good reliability, operability and repeatability. Ideal for hardness. The machine adopts C language programming, high magnification optical measurement system and optical dual-channel structure, and new technologies such as photoelectricity and photocoupler sensing can meet the basic Vickers Hardness Test requirements, so that the measured values can be more quickly and accurately obtained and upgraded. The subsequent control operating system uses a 7-inch LCD touch screen to provide more measurement data and more comprehensive and accurate control.
Main functions and features:
1. The optical system designed by senior optical engineers not only has clear images, but also can be used as a simple microscope. The brightness is adjustable, the vision is comfortable, and it is not easy to fatigue for a long time operation.
2. The 7-inch LCD touch screen can display the hardness value, converted hardness, Test method, test force, brightness, holding time, measurement times, statistical data, upper and lower limits measurement range, test time and other test processes intuitively;
3. The system comes with a calibration function, which can manually adjust the input error calibration instrument;
4. Adjustable range of optical system brightness: 0-100;
5, can store up to 100 sets of test data;
6. The unit of test force can be selected and converted manually. The conversion unit is: (Kgf, N)
7, can display simultaneously: maximum, minimum, average, maximum error, sample difference;

9. The upper and lower limit measurement range can be set and displayed on the main measurement interface;
10. The measuring scale can be converted into HK Knoop hardness;
11. The operating system can be converted between Chinese and English;
12, optional built-in printer, test data can also be exported to U disk via USB for analysis;
13. The one-shot molding structure of the cast aluminum shell is stable and not deformed. The pure white automobile paint has a high grade and strong scratch resistance.
