Introduction:

This instrument is a C-type portable Rockwell Hardness Tester.Real Rockwell Hardness Test principle, standard Rockwell hardness Test conditions, in line with Chinese standard GB/T230.2

It is used to quickly test overlong, overthick, overweight, special-shaped and assembled parts on the workshop site that cannot be tested by desktop machines, and to test heat-treated finished and semi-finished parts of various shapes and sizes.

The instrument can test flat or curved workpieces, as long as the workpiece can be clamped and the tested surface is perpendicular to the indenter.

It is used for production inspection and acceptance inspection, and can replace the low-precision Leeb Hardness Tester.

Can be used on site. Can accurately test large molds, forgings, shafts, pipes and other large metal parts. Test annealing, normalizing, tempering, quenching, carburizing, induction hardening heat treatment workpieces.

Small indentation, fast test speed, can be used as non-destructive Testing, for finished or semi-finished workpieces piece by piece testing.

Compared with the Leeb Hardness Tester commonly used in large workpiece hardness testing, it has high accuracy, fewer factors affecting test accuracy, and low requirements for workpiece surface finish. It meets the drawing requirements or product standards of most workpieces without conversion and is easy to be recognized.
