KASON HTB-3000AZF-5Z Five Stations Automatic Brinell Hardness Tester
1 9 YEARS
Development Base of Advanced Testing machine Of China
Product introduction:
Brinell Hardness Test is mainly used for hardness measurement of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, etc. In addition, it can also be used for hardness measurement of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite. Suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, universities and research institutions.
l The instrument has 12 levels of Test force and 16 test scales for Brinell hardness, which can be selected arbitrarily;
l With 4 sets of ball indenters, all of them can automatically participate in the test;
l Have two sets of objective lenses, and both can participate in the measurement of the indentation diameter;
l According to the selected scale, the objective lens and the indenter are automatically switched;
l Preset the test force holding time, adjust the strength of the indentation light source;
l Real-time display of loading time;
l Display the measured indentation length, hardness value, measurement times, etc.;
l Select the conversion value between the hardness scales;
l lts can be printed out.
Automatic Brinell Hardness Tester, unique automatic turret structure system, user-defined measurement target matching cemented carbide indenter, test force, holding time and then start the test, after the measurement is completed, no need to move the workpiece, automatic conversion , CMOS directly captures the indentation image, and uses the world's advanced digital imaging technology to automatically find the most suitable pixels for the indentation characteristics on the indentation image, high-speed analysis, and automatic reading. Automatic measurement of standard block indentation, shadow indentation, background blur indentation, and elliptical indentation.

The metal Brinell Hardness Test system uses a certain diameter of cemented carbide balls, presses into the surface of the material to be tested with a specified test force (Figure 1a). After holding for a specified time, the test force is removed, and the indentation on the surface of the sample is measured (Figure 1b). diameter, to calculate the Brinell hardness, and calculate the:
HBW=0.102 x 2F/πD(D-)
in the formula :F-------- Test force N;
D------- Ball diameter mm;
d--------Indentation average diameter mm;
HBW---Brinell hardness measured with a carbide ball indenter..
For example: 216HBW10/3000/10, when the hardness of 216 is measured with a cemented carbide ball with a diameter of 10mm and a test force of 29.42KN (3000kgf) for 10 seconds, its Brinell hardness is represented by the symbol HBW, and so on.
